This YAG Laser Mold Repair Welder system features a fully sealed chamber with gas purification and humidity control, ensuring oxygen and water vapor levels below 1 ppm during critical processes. Equipped with a highly stable fiber Laser Source (up to 300W) and real-time seam tracking, it achieves micron-level welding accuracy on delicate components. Its modular design allows for customized configurations under inert gas (Ar/N?) or vacuum conditions, while ergonomic glove ports enable manual operation without compromising environmental sealing. The system is compatible with highly reactive metals such as titanium and alloys, as well as heat-sensitive specialty materials such as shape memory alloys and metal films. It also features a HEPA filtration system and a touchscreen PLC interface. Suitable for R&D or low-volume production, this system combines laboratory-grade protection with industrial-grade reliability, ensuring contamination-free precision welding for aerospace, battery, and advanced semiconductor applications.

It can process nickel-titanium shape memory alloys without thermal deformation and achieve dissimilar metal bonding in microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) and electronic packaging.
The sealed chamber maintains ultra-low oxygen and water vapor levels (<1 ppm) and supports customized atmospheres, effectively preventing oxidation during welding. Compared to open systems, it can improve weld strength of active materials by up to 30%. The integrated gas recovery system reduces operating costs by 40%.
